Now, I don't know all of the nerfs yet, haven't found the relevant posts, but IMO there's a perfect fix for capitals in lowsec (where they're a neusance with their near-invulnerability), especially the smartbombing twits.
Sentries interdict at 200km. Not a bubble, just an effect like a warp scrambler, disabling the jumpdrive of any ship initiating hostilities within 200km of a sentry.
Problem solved, situation balanced. This will let carriers sit somewhere within the system and deploy their fighters. Dreads can sit out at 201km and snipe to their heart's content. But get within 200km and anyone in a tanked ship can scram them, bring in their buddies, and baibai capital.
Done.

Let's just say that the Capital Nerf is not something I'm willing to joke about. Maybee a year or so from now when I can go up to ZuluPark and order a double-cheeseburger and fries it will be funny. Right now, it threatens everything I've trained up in Eve.
Then (a) get over it (b) post in a different thread about it and (c) don't post in this thread. If you find no humor in it, then don't post in a thread making humor of the situation. <sigh>
